Rider partner terms

1. You are a partner, not an employee

You work for yourself. You choose the days you go online, the hours you ride and the deliveries you accept. Nothing here obliges you to be available, and nothing here obliges Feela Marketplace to offer you work. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any licence or permit your country requires you to hold.

2. What a delivery pays

Every delivery has an amount attached to it, and you see that amount on the job before you accept it. That amount is what you are paid for that delivery. It is not recalculated after the fact, and declining a delivery costs you nothing.

Tips from customers are yours in full. Nothing is deducted from them.

3. When you are paid

What you earn is paid into the mobile money number or bank account you give us, on the platform's published payout schedule, which is shown in your account and can change only with notice. If a payout fails because the number or account was wrong, the money is returned to your balance and paid on the next payout date once it is corrected.

4. The documents, and why

Before your first delivery we check your identity document, your licence where your vehicle needs one, your vehicle registration and a photo of the vehicle. A customer opens their door to you, so that check protects you as much as them. Your documents are stored privately, are seen only by the person vetting your application, and are never shown to customers or shops.

5. Ratings, and being asked to stop

Customers rate deliveries. A high rating means you see orders first. A pattern of complaints, of deliveries that do not arrive, of food that arrives damaged, or of charging a customer more than the order says, can end this partnership. We will always tell you what the problem is and give you the chance to answer before an account is closed, unless somebody was put in danger.

6. Riding is risky, and the risk is yours to manage

You ride your own vehicle, you keep it roadworthy, and you ride within the law. Feela Marketplace does not provide insurance for you or your vehicle, and does not cover injury, loss or damage. Insure yourself in whatever way your country allows, and do not ride when you cannot ride safely. There is no penalty for refusing a delivery in weather or on a road you judge to be unsafe.

7. Cash, where cash is allowed

On some deliveries you may collect cash from the customer. That money is held for Feela Marketplace until it is settled, and failing to settle it is treated as a serious matter. Your earnings are never taken from cash you are holding.

8. Your account

Your sign-in is your mobile number and the password you chose. Do not share it: what is done on your account is yours. Tell us immediately if your phone is lost, and we will lock the account.

9. Changes to these terms

If what a delivery pays changes, or the payout schedule changes, you will be told before it takes effect, and deliveries you have already accepted are paid at the amount that was shown when you accepted them.

10. Who you are dealing with

The platform is operated by Feela Marketplace, which is the party answerable under these terms. Any question about an application, a payout or a delivery goes to support@dishlia.click.
